Personal Information Collection Statement
(Relating to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486) (“the Ordinance”)) ABC Computer Systems Limited (“the Company”)
1. Collection of Data
You may now, in the future, or may already have supplied the Company with personal data, including but not limited to your name, identity card number, contact details, address, financial information, and other identifying or transactional information. The Company may collect, retain, process, and update such data in the ordinary course of providing, maintaining, and administering internet services, facilities, and related business operations.
Failure to provide accurate and complete data may result in the Company being unable to establish, continue, or perform services, and the Company expressly disclaims any liability arising from such failure.
2. Purposes of Use
Your data may be used for one or more of the following purposes, and you expressly consent to such use:

The Company will treat your data as confidential but reserves the right to disclose such data to the following persons or entities, whether within or outside Hong Kong, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

All requests must be made in writing to the Data Protection Officer at the address below. The Company reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing any data access or correction request. The Company further reserves the right to refuse requests that are frivolous, vexatious, or otherwise not made in good faith, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
By providing data to the Company, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the collection, use, disclosure, or retention of your data, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Company’s total liability in respect of any claim relating to personal data shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid by you to the Company in the preceding 12 months.

You indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your provision of inaccurate, incomplete, or unlawful data.
